celebration. The welcome mat is always out and our house is filled with
kids, friends and family. We are constantly
brainstorming for new and fun ways to make our family and friends

Most of these celebration ideas are not expensive. We don’t
spend money on fancy food and expensive invitations… NO…
at our home we focus on fun. Creative party favors, fun party games,
terrific school spirit /booster club activities, cool college care
packages and fabulous theme parties are what have provided some of our
best memories.

The kids, now in their thirties, are scattered
across the country. However, their hearts are still solidly connected to
family. It has been said that we must give our children both “roots and
wings”. Our group still loves to come home often (and usually with an
entourage!). Their roots have grown deep with years of memories, many
involving the ideas that are described here.
