Turtle Creek Conservation Society’s new Presidential Tea Party arrives early as the wind picks up, Tiffany Davisfound that arrangements had moved seamlessly from the side yard to Arlington Hall in the afternoon following Valentine’s Day on Tuesday, February 15.
