Actress Adaora Okoh believes that young people value Valentine’s Day more than they actually do.

she told Sunday Scoop, “I think young people should slow down and take it easy because there are so many things to worry about besides Valentine’s Day. When I was growing up, Valentine’s Day celebrations were different than they are today. I believe that as people age Grow, they’ll find that Valentine’s Day doesn’t have much meaning other than red. I’ve always celebrated Valentine’s Day by donating to those in need and showing love to people. I’m married; so I’m nothing special about Valentine’s Day Interests. When dating my husband, this day can mean different things. But since we got married, every day has been like Valentine’s Day to us. We sometimes go out just to show our love to the underprivileged.

“I would rather accept money gifts than flowers for Valentine’s Day celebrations. As lovers, Valentine’s Day can share gifts. However, people shouldn’t make it a must, especially when their partner can’t afford a gift. Young people should too Knowing that they can express their love for each other in addition to sex.”
