What is meaning of ADHINAYAK in our national anthem? indians only?

Here the Adhinayak means the “Ruler of ruler of people’s mind”, thus I would say, Adhinayak is India itself. India is the only entity in India that rules the mind of people all others are myth.

Final Edit: That is your perception, not mine. When I sing National anthem for me Adhinayak is my nation. And I trust almost all the Indians do the same.
