What if I forget my password?

When can I cancel?

You can change or cancel your subscription at any time. To change or cancel your subscription please contact Customer Service on 012799101. We do not accept unsubscribes by mail, email or any other means.


Can I get a refund?

For monthly subscriptions at the time of cancellation, all future charges associated with your subscription will be cancelled. You may notify us of your intention to cancel at any time, however, your cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period. You will not receive a refund; your subscription access and/or delivery and accompanying subscriber benefits will continue for the remainder of the current billing period.

I want to subscribe but I got an error entering my email address?

If you would like to subscribe using your registered email address, select the “Sign In” button to take you to the login page. Log in with your email address and password, which will allow you to proceed with your purchase.
