I ordered this through eBay, it came in a cardboard sleeve so the cover was some what damaged as you can tell from the scan. The activity booklet was on the CD, file name was HalloweenActivityBook1. That must mean that this was the first CD from Allegro Corp to include an activity booklet. Enjoy! Also I feel like I’ve heard this album before, can someone tell me in the comments if this was later released with a different cover?
