Ideas For Home Made Christening Favors?

I opted to purchase favors myself. I started to make my own, but time ran out. I got the most adorable Christening Favors from Stork Candles http://www.storkcandles.com/ and they were personalized for us. She was able to take a photo and use it, just so adorable. I was like you, less than a week to go. She had them to us in three days and the prices were great!

However, I did look at several choices of homemade favors prior to ‘running out of time’, lol. I really wanted to do my own, but it just didn’t happen. I wanted a Christening Favor everyone would remember and I thought about doing some cocoa or tea mixes in little jars. They are relatively easy to put together and you can decorate them with ribbons. There are lots of recipes online you can use.

Or, if you didn’t want an edible Christening Favor you could go for a magnet. You can get little business card magnets from the office supply stores and print up your sons information and make those.

You can get the toule circles from the craft store and tie up some mints and top with ribbons and a little poem. Again, though that is an edible Christening Favor.

I really didn’t want an edible, so opted for the personalized sachets. I also got a few candles and everyone just loved them!

If you go to the craft section at Walmart they have lots of stuff that you can put together, but I really just kept finding edibles, lol.
