Barcelona Bar Experience – This downtown Raleigh wine bar offers two experiential gifts, including wine, food, and a bottle of take-home wine. The restaurant also sells cookbooks, olive oil and wine through its website.
Willard Wine and Cocktail Course – Willard’s Rooftop Bar at the AC Hotel in Downtown Raleigh will host two series of classes starting this month.This Cocktail and Food Class Held on the second Saturday of every month. Bartenders will teach guests how to make three cocktails and offer food pairing suggestions. Class sizes are limited and tickets are $50 per person. Every guest gets a cocktail and two courses from the kitchen. The first class is scheduled for February 12th. Willard Wine Tasting Class Will be the third Thursday of the month and includes tastings of three wines and cheeses and a charcuterie plate. Class sizes are limited and tickets are $50 per person. The first class is February 17th.

Porch Drop Brunch Box – Tonya Council (the woman behind Tonya’s Cookies and Sweet Tea & Cornbread) has a weekly meal delivery service called Porch drops. The menu includes a southern brunch menu of sweet tea and cornbread, which changes weekly. Saturday delivery within 22 miles of Chapel Hill and Sunday within 22 miles of Durham.
Solve your seafood problems with the Topsail steamer – You can have delicious local seafood delivered to your door, and it all comes in a disposable steam bucket with all the seasoning you need. All you need is water.In addition to their regular menu, Topsail also has a Valentine’s Steamer Dinner $169, plus shipping, includes fresh North Carolina shrimp, cold water snow crab, lobster tails and scallops straight from the Davis Seafood boat at Sneads Ferry. Vitis House Wine School – The class is located at the loading dock in Raleigh and is hosted by Chef Doreen Colondres.
Get a custom deli board – WRAL Voter’s Choice Awards The winner, Raleigh Cheesy, has a custom board and can even host classes. Other local snack board companies include Grazin’ Gals and Pineapple Sol.
