Chef Jasmin Porcic of Edge Catering has put together some beautiful menu plans (appetizers, mains, decadent desserts and a few extras) to choose from – how about deli, ribs and chocolate? Add a bouquet of flowers and a bottle of BC wine to the one-stop shop!

first course
Deli + cheese cured meats, local + imported cheese, red beet beans, crostini, housecrisps

choice of main course
Braised Beef Short Ribs Port + red wine sauce, mashed potatoes, celery mash, seasonal vegetables, seven-grain quinoa stew, seasonal vegetables.

Wild sockeye salmon wellington chives, spinach + mascarpone fricassee, pastry.

Place your order by 12:00 noon on Wednesday, February 9th, and pick up in our store from noon to 4:00pm, February 14th.

The menu is fully cooked and cold with instructions for heating.
