Barack Obama pays tribute to wife Michelle on Valentine’s Day – SheKnows

💕

No Valentine’s Day is complete without tributes from Barack and Michelle Obama.

On February 14, Barack reminded everyone that his ongoing love story with Michelle remains one of the loveliest in history. He posted another heartwarming photo of the two of them on Valentine’s Day, with the caption: “Happy Valentine’s Day, Michelle! Light up the world with a smile, you are truly unique. Today and forever, I’m grateful to have You are in my life.”

In the photo, we see the Obamas wearing black ties to an important event. Michelle looked like a goddess in a floor-length red dress and smiled at Barack in a simple tuxedo.

Now, in response, Michelle posted her own loving tribute on her Twitter page shortly after Barack posted his. She wrote in the post: “I’m so lucky to spend every day with this guy. Happy Valentine’s Day, Barack! Here are all our future adventures.”

In the photo, we see the Obama family in sportswear with a natural background.

The two met while Michelle was working at the law firm of Sidley Austin LLP, where she mentored Barack. A few weeks later, they had a super sweet date and the rest is history. They married in 1992 and Michelle gave birth to daughters Maria, 23, and Natasha “Sasha”, 20, through IVF.

Since they entered the public eye, their romance has touched everyone’s heart, once with a silly post and once with a fist.
