Valentine’s Day 2022: A beautiful tweet about a 6-year-old’s letter describing the meaning of love sparks mixed reactions.

Valentine’s Day 2022: February 14 is the day of love, people around the world show their love to their partner or someone they admire. Even though the day has yet to come, various social media platforms — especially Twitter — are flooded with posts about it. Among them, an essay by author Giles Paley-Phillips now touches hearts. He shared a letter written by a six-year-old describing what it means to love.

“This is beautiful, for those who think it’s not true – my daughter’s handwriting was like this when she was 5, so why not believe and accept it as it is: a lovely thing!” wrote a Twitter user. “Thank you so much for posting this – my husband just had 5 teeth and this is the perfect time to cheer him up (he has to do this for another 6 weeks!)” shared another. “Yes, so true, to love someone and to be loved, warts and everything, is a gift to give, but a gift is rarely appreciated,” a third commented.

Some also expressed their concern that the letter was not written by a child. However, most people agree that the emotions expressed are beautiful.
